When do we collect your personal data?
We will collect and store your personal information for two reasons:
- When you become a Radic8 customer. We use your information to deliver products to you, contact you if we need additional information, check you are satisfied with your purchase, and, if you opt-in to the service, to send out timely reminders to purchase consumables.
- When you consent to receive our emailed updates about new products or announcements. For as long as you give us permission, we will store your name and email address and use them to send you exciting updates and important news from the Radic8 world.
Disclosure of Personal Data to Data Processors
Radic8 does not provide Personal Data to unaffiliated third parties for their use in marketing directly to you. In certain circumstances, we may share your Personal Data with trusted third-party service providers to help us maintain and improve our service to you. When Radic8 shares Personal Data with third-party services that support our business operations, we require that they use your Personal Data only for the purposes we’ve authorised, and that they protect your Personal Data in line with current Data Protection Regulations.

When someone visits one of our websites (www.radic8.com, www.hextio.net, www.wesharecleanair.com, www.inbairo2.com or www.airxpresso.com) we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
You can unsubscribe to these communications at any time simply by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any of our emails, or by emailing our Data Protection Officer Samantha Kitchen.
Radic8 maintains reasonable physical, technical, and administrative security measures to minimize the risk of unauthorised loss, theft, copying, misuse, access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your personal data.
We also restrict access to your personal information to only those persons who have a legitimate business need or legal requirement to view it in connection with our operations. You, as the owner of the data, may also authorise any persons you may choose to have access to your personal data.
Although we do use security measures appropriate to the level of risk, no method of data transfer or storage on the internet is 100% secure and security risks cannot be eliminated entirely. As such, we cannot guarantee perfect security, integrity, or confidentiality of personal data. If such a breach was to occur, we have a protocol in place to enable us to effectively and efficiently respond to, and contain, the breach or incident. If appropriate or required, we may seek to notify you in such an event by email.
